1. overview

WHIKDThe explosion-proof flow switch can be widely used for flow detection in flammable and explosive places such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc.

The thermal mass flow switch is based onL.V.KingDesigned based on the principle of heat exchange, a flow sensor is installed at the front end, and there are two resistors inside the probe in contact with the medium. One measures the temperature of the medium, while the other measures and heats it up. When there is no medium flow, the temperature difference between the two resistors is maximum. When there is medium flow, the temperature difference between the two resistors decreases. The magnitude of the temperature difference is only related to the flow rate of the medium. The larger the flow rate, the smaller the temperature difference. When there is no flow, the temperature difference is maximum, and it is also related to the thermal conductivity temperature of the medium itself. When the flow rate is lower or higher than a certain set value, the relay is turned on or off, and the switch signal is output.
